Not able to add items to your cart?

In order to be able to use our shopping cart system, your browser must have what are called "Temporary," or "Session" cookies enabled. This is true for the majority of on-line shopping cart systems.

What's a temporary/session cookie?

When you shop on a website, sometimes the website needs to send your computer a small piece of information to be stored. The website is then able to carry information about your visit from one page to another. In our case that piece of information is the item you are adding to your cart. This can be done using what is known as a "cookie."

There are two types of cookies: "Permanent" and "Temporary." A permanent cookie is stored on your computer for an indefinite amount of time, and a temporary cookie automatically erases itself when you either go to a different website, or close down your browser. Our site uses only temporary cookies, and is used only to track information regarding your visit and keep items in your shopping cart. It is not information that we retain, nor can this information be made available to any other company or individual.

There is absolutely no way for a cookie to upload a virus or other harmful data to your computer. A cookie cannot be used to find out personal information about you unless a website is using it for that pupose. For more information on cookies you can visit your browser (i.e. Netscape or Microsoft) info page.

If you are unable to add items to your cart, you probably need to enable temporary cookies in your web browser's security settings (usually in the "Tools" menu.) Refer to you browser documentation for more information.
